The City of DuPont’s annual Memorial Day ceremony will be held at Ross Plaza on Monday, May 28 at 3:00 PM.
This ceremony has special significance this year as the city will add three additional names to the Memorial Wall from the DuPont community who “gave the last full measure of devotion” in our nation’s continuing Global War on Terrorism.
Residents and visitors are encouraged to attend as a way of showing the families of Sgt. Brandon Maggart, CW3 Frank Buoniconti, and 1st LT David Johnson that DuPont continues to “stand behind” those who have borne the burdens of this war.
There will be a reception following the ceremony at America’s Credit Union.
